The Pinot Gris was hand picked and whole bunch pressed, a small parcel was transferred to older French oak and underwent indigenous yeast ferment with the balance fermented in stainless steel. Both the tank and barrels were lees stirred on a regular basis to build mouthfeel and complexity.
Bright colour, vibrant aromas that jump out of the glass, tropical, fresh pear, rock melon with hints of snow pea. Palate is textural with floral, tropical and musk fruit flavours that carry through from the nose, natural acidity adds liveliness and balance.
